...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EST
MONDAY...
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. A period of freezing rain
with ice accumulations under a tenth of an inch is expected
today. As the system departs, a wintry mix is then expected
tonight with combined snowfall/sleet accumulations of up to
around an inch.
* WHERE...In New Jersey, Western Passaic County. In New York,
Orange and Putnam Counties.
* WHEN...Now through to 6 AM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

Details:
A brief period of freezing rain is possible tonight into Sunday
afternoon, especially across eastern Passaic and northern Bergen,
Fairfield, New Haven, Rockland and Westchester counties.
Any ice can cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for the
possibility of slippery roads and locally reduced
visibilities...and use caution while driving.
