* WHERE...In New Jersey, Eastern Passaic and Western Passaic
Counties. In New York, Orange County.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.

Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
